Here is Tom 55 lbs. lighter and me 43 lbs. lighter. Tom completed 2 protocols. The first one was 8 weeks long and the second only 3 weeks. Not bad! I did 6 weeks on my first protocol and I'm still on my 2nd with only 4 more weeks to go, which will make this one an 8 week protocol for me. Yay!!!
Increasing your water intake from 2 to 3 quarts a day is a good plateau breaker.
